It is the DD Council’s belief that individuals with developmental disabilities and their families are the primary decision-makers in all matters affecting their lives. Further the Council believes that this philosophy is best demonstrated when individuals are given viable choices in where they live, work, play, learn, worship and participate in daily life experiences.
